Mrs. Tiernan

Hello! My name is Jennifer Tiernan, and I am your child's second grade teacher. This will be my fourteenth year teaching Second Grade at Palos East. Before coming to Palos East, I taught third grade and was a Reading Specialist. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Illinois State University and Master’s Degree in Reading from Northern Illinois University. I am currently working on an advanced degree in Education. I am most pleased to be back and am looking forward to the year ahead.
