Mrs. Rafter

Welcom to my website. I hope that you find the information helpful! My name is Jill Rafter and I’ve been working as special education teacher at Palos West since 2002. I have worked with students in grades Kindergarten through 5^th grade and have taught in this Kindergarten – 2^nd grade instructional classroom since 2007. I graduated from University of Illinois with my bachelor’s degree in special education in 2002 and received my first master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Governors State University in 2005. In 2008, I finished a master’s program in Educational Leadership from the University of St. Francis and I am currently working on my certification for Director of Special Education.
