Mrs. Moreau’s 1^st Grade Class

Welcome to first grade! My name is Alison Moreau, and I have been teaching first grade at Palos East since August of 2001. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree from the University of Iowa in Elementary Education with a specialization in reading. I earned a Master of Arts degree in Teaching and Leadership from Saint Xavier University in May of 2005. I completed a Middle School Endorsement at Governor’s State University in the spring of 2007. In August of 2008, I earned a Master of Science degree in Educational Leadership from St. Francis University with an Administrative Certification. I have enjoyed implementing the strategies I have learned from these programs into my teaching. I have been working with children my whole life, and truly love what I do!
